● Island RED F&B Manufacturing= Production, Coffee Products and Retails
● Island RED Marketing= Product Marketing, Merchandising and Retailing such as Coffee Products
● Island RED Resources= Central Kitchen Distribution, Product Sales and Quality Control
● Island RED Development= Budget Hotels, Entertainment Centres, etc

These subsidiaries are Private Limited Companies, each having an Issued and Paid Capital of RM1 Million.
